These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all projects and services performed by FluxFlo Agency, located in Hingoli, Maharashtra, India. By engaging our services, you (“Client”) agree to the following

Services

FluxFlo Agency designs websites for electricians and offers SEO, Google Ads management, and reputation management.

Payment Terms

  • 25% deposit is required before work begins.
  • 50% due upon approval of the website design.
  • Final 25% due when the site goes live and you are satisfied.
  • Hosting is not included and is billed separately at $25/month (paid directly to the hosting provider).
  • Payments are accepted via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.
  • Payment plans may be available for qualified electricians.

Refund & Revision Policy

  • Unlimited revisions are included until the website goes live.
  • Once a project begins (after the deposit is paid), no refunds are available.
  • Our goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied before launch.

Timeline Commitment

  • Websites are typically delivered within 7–10 business days after deposit and receipt of required content.
  • Delays in providing content, feedback, or approvals will extend the timeline.

Intellectual Property

  • Full ownership of the website, design files, and content is transferred to the Client upon final payment.
  • FluxFlo Agency may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Liability Disclaimer

  • FluxFlo Agency makes no guarantee of specific business results (calls, leads, revenue, etc.).

  • We are not responsible for issues beyond our control, including but not limited to third-party software conflicts, search engine algorithm changes, advertising platform policies, or delays caused by the Client.

  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid to us for the project or service.

  • We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, profits, or opportunities.

Ongoing Support

  • 15 days of free support are included after your site goes live.

  • After this period, support and updates are available under a paid maintenance plan.

Marketing Add-Ons

  • SEO, Google Ads, and reputation management are offered as month-to-month services.

  • These services can be started or canceled with 30 days’ written notice.

Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hingoli.

Acceptance

By paying the initial deposit or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
